Facebook Redesign Challenge
Facebook has been in the news a lot recently, and it makes me feel like sometimes their focus is not on the customer experience but rather on ensuring the business is profitable. This is evident in the visual design of the website, which is outdated and overwhelmingly complex.
My challenge to myself was to redesign the Facebook profile page in under two hours. The goal was not to have a complete and refined design, but instead to test myself against the clock. I attempted to simplify the experience by removing and consolidating elements as well as update the visual style to be in line with current trends.
